Spend December where the season is at its best, on the riverfront along Noosa Parade, a short walk from Hastings Street.

On the river
Wake to the Noosa River outside your window. Take your morning coffee down to our private beach, swim before the day warms up, and spend the evening on the jetty as the boats drift past.

Around town
Walk or take the ferry along the river to Gympie Terrace in Noosaville, where the foreshore fills for Carols on the River and riverside restaurants stay open late. Or head to the hinterland for the Eumundi Markets’ annual Christmas twilight market to find gifts made by local artisans.

Close to everything
Walk to Main Beach for an early swim, and up to Hastings Street for long lunches and warm evenings out. Leave the car parked for the holidays.

For this year’s event dates, see the festive guide at visitnoosa.com.au/whats-on.

The Noosa Triathlon & Multisport Festival runs from 28 October to 1 November 2026, with the triathlon itself on Sunday morning.

On the course
Noosa Parade closes for the event, and the resort sits directly on it. The race runs along Noosa Parade, directly in front of the resort. With the start at Main Beach and the festival hub at Lions Park both a short walk away, it’s the ideal base for race week, whether you’re competing or spectating.

Before and after
The start at Main Beach is a short walk away, so the car can stay parked all week. After the finish, enjoy the pool, jetty and a quiet afternoon by the river.

A week in Noosa
With events running all week, the festival is reason enough for a longer stay. Dinners on Hastings Street, mornings on the water, and the coastal walk once the racing is done.

Everything here lies within walking distance of the resort.

Swim at Noosa Main Beach
A few minutes past Hastings Street, Main Beach is one of the few north-facing beaches on the Queensland coast, so the water stays calm and the sun stays on the sand all day. It is patrolled by surf lifesavers, which makes it the place to swim, with the headland and national park framing the far end of the bay.

Discover the national park walking trails
From the end of Hastings Street, follow the coastal trail to Sunshine Beach, past hidden coves, the Fairy Pools, koalas in the trees and dolphins offshore.

Linger on Hastings Street
Two hundred and fifty metres from our front door, Hastings Street is Noosa’s main stretch of boutiques, cafés and restaurants, with the beach running along one side. Come for a morning coffee, return for a long lunch, and stay for dinner once the street lights come on.

Climb to Laguna Lookout
Up on Noosa Hill, Laguna Lookout looks out across Laguna Bay, the river mouth and the North Shore to the hinterland beyond. It’s reachable on foot or by car, and best in the late afternoon as the light softens.

See the river by ferry
For a different view of Noosa, take the ferry along the river from Noosa Heads to Tewantin. Time your trip back for sunset over the water.

Stay with us
Caribbean Noosa is sixteen riverfront apartments on Noosa Parade, a short walk from all of the above.
